TOS Avatars:

• No public uploads at all unless stated CLEARLY on the page (for example my Loki model)
  This includes “heavily edited” versions
• No uploading my avatars for friends/SO etc

• No sharing packages

• No reselling, even when “heavily edited”
• No claiming my models as your own creations. Give credit where credit is due
• No refunds
• If you leave no discord or a way for me to contact you your access to the product may be revoked at any time.
  

TOS Assets:

• Free versions are not to be used on any model(s) priced above $35 or any limited avatars outside of seasonal stuff (i.e halloween).
  Example 1: Avatar $35 on Payhip but $40 on gumroad? Get the extended licence.
  Example 2: Avatar limited (i.e 24h, 14 days etc)? Get the extended licence.
  Example 3: Avatar has multiple versions but most expensive is above $35? (i.e PC only, PC + quest etc) get the extended licence.
• My assets are allowed to be used on all types of avatars; free, public, nitro, commercial.
• If getting the extended licence please note down your discord/vrc so I can keep track.

• No re-distributing unless part of a completed model.
• No reselling.
